Free yourself for the
important .
We use AI to help business owners shrink their workload and eliminate bottlenecks, then use that freedom to build bigger and better things.
AI has reached a tipping point.
We are facing one of those rare moments where the way businesses work will fundamentally change.
Not because it can summarise a meeting or draft a better email. Those are useful, but they’re bolt-ons to the old way of working.
The real shift is deeper. AI is moving from inside a chat window into the foundations of a business — gathering context, using tools, working across systems, carrying work forward.
The question is no longer “how can AI help us work faster?”, but “how should work be redesigned now that AI can take part in the business itself?”
What do you need most?
Know where AI will deliver the greatest return.
You don’t need another opinion on AI. You need straight answers: where it pays off, where it doesn’t, and what to do first. Tell us how the business runs, and we’ll tell you what’s worth doing.

Compress the same work into fewer days.
The admin, the chasing, the data entry. The work that fills the week without growing the business. We clear it — usually inside the tools you already pay for — and hand the hours back.
- Workflow automation
- Quotes, proposals & reports
- Capture & organisation
Lift what your team and tools can do.
Good teams get better with better tools. We train your people to use AI properly — confidently and safely — and build the agents and software that lift what the whole business can do. And when you’re ready for something bigger — a new product, a new line — we’ll build that with you, too.

Four numbers worth knowing.
Artificial intelligence has reached a tipping point.
of the economic value created by AI is captured by just 20% of companies.4
Businesses with fully integrated AI are about four times as likely to report AI-driven revenue growth.5
of small businesses say AI has increased their revenue. Only 2% say it decreased.6
AI built with a specialised partner succeeds about three times as often as AI built alone.7
Four reasons to move now.
The repetitive, soul-draining work can finally be cleared away for bigger and better things.
AI stopped answering questions and started working.
Three years ago, AI wrote first drafts. Now it reads the enquiry, drafts the quote, chases the invoice and files the paperwork. Most owners are still judging it by the chatbot they tried in 2023.8
Your best people get their jobs back.
Clear the data entry, the chasing and the double-handling, and what’s left is the work people joined to do. Two-thirds of regular AI users say it has made their work more enjoyable.9
It’s already in the building.
Your team is already pasting client work into free chatbots, and the software you pay for is shipping AI features every quarter. It’s in the business either way. The only question is whether it’s deliberate.10
The head start is hard to catch.
Teams working with AI get more done, to a higher standard, and the systems improve every month they run. Whoever moves first compounds the advantage.4
For ambitious owners who want a head start.
We don’t want to waste your time. Here’s what we’re looking for in a partner.
You’re probably a fit
- You know AI could help, but you do not want to chase tools.
- You want someone to tell you what is worth doing first.
- You care about your team using the thing after it is built.
- You want practical gains without handing the business to a black box.
- You want the truth, even when the truth is not the exciting answer.
Probably not the right fit
- You already know exactly what you want and only need hands to build it.
- You want AI because it sounds impressive.
- You want to cut people as the goal.
- You want a cheap tool setup rather than a serious business improvement.
If you’re not sure which side you’re on, that is exactly what the call is for.
Let’s chat →Why owners trust us with this.
We’ve run businesses ourselves
We’ve run our own businesses, and spent fourteen years helping owners run theirs. We get the messy reality — people, deadlines, cashflow, tools that don’t quite talk to each other — not just the tech.
We build it, not just advise it
There’s real engineering depth on the team. We go well past prompt tips and tool setup — agents, integrations, custom software — and build it to a standard you can run a business on.
We’ll tell you when AI isn’t the answer
We won’t force AI where it doesn’t belong. Sometimes the right call is a better process, a simple template, or no build at all — and we’ll say so.
Built around your team
AI should lift your people, not replace them. We take the repetitive work off their plate and build things they’ll actually use — not a clever system that sits unused.
Your data stays yours
Privacy, access and human checks are designed in from the start, not bolted on after the demo. What’s yours stays yours, and it never trains anyone else’s AI.
Not tied to one platform
We’re not wedded to any one model, tool or vendor. We pick what’s right for your business — not what’s easiest for us to sell.
Questions owners ask
No. In fact, you do not need to come to us with a finished idea, a technical brief, or a list of tools.
Most business owners know where things feel slow, messy, repetitive, expensive or too dependent on them. That is enough to start.
Our job is to help work out what is actually worth improving, whether AI is useful, and what the simplest practical path should be.
We look at your workflows, software, data, team habits and bottlenecks, then separate the useful opportunities from the distractions.
A good opportunity usually has a clear business impact, happens often enough to matter, can be implemented without unnecessary complexity, and does not introduce unacceptable risk.
Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it is a simple automation, a better template, a cleaner intake form, a software setting you already pay for, or a more reliable process.
The goal is not to “use AI”. The goal is to find the work that will make the biggest practical difference.
Our diagnostic work is fixed-scope and fixed-price, so you know what you are paying for before we begin.
Implementation work is quoted separately, once the scope is clear. We prefer clear, fixed-scope projects wherever possible.
If it is not worth the spend, we will tell you. We have no interest in selling you a project that does not pay for itself.
Simple wins can often be implemented within days or weeks, especially when your process is mostly rules-based, uses spreadsheets or generally involves processing data.
For more complex projects, we may need more data, deeper system access, and closer collaboration with your team. These usually take a few rounds to get right, so the pace depends partly on your schedule and availability, not only ours.
We will not promise an artificial timeline before we understand the work. But we will prioritise the fastest sensible wins first.
The aim is to give them their best work back, not to replace them. We take the draining, repetitive parts off their plates. The chasing, the copying and pasting, the admin that grinds people down. Their time goes back into the work they are good at. We will not build AI to cut your team. If that is the goal, we are not the right people for it.
No. We design client work so your business data is not used to train someone else’s public AI model.
We are careful about what data is used, where it goes, which tools are involved, and what settings or controls are required.
If a third-party AI or software platform is part of the solution, we will make that clear before implementation and help you understand the privacy, security and practical implications.
Sensitive business, customer, staff, legal or financial data is treated with extra care.
Then we will say so.
AI is not always the best answer. Sometimes the better solution is a form, a dashboard, an automation, a cleaned-up spreadsheet, a better CRM process, a document template, or simply using software you already have more effectively.
We are not here to force AI into your business. We are here to find the most useful improvement.
If AI is not the right fit, we will recommend something else — or tell you not to spend the money.
Yes, where it makes sense.
After the diagnostic, we can help implement the right opportunities. That may include configuring your existing software, building lightweight automations, creating document generators, improving intake workflows, setting up reporting, or adding AI into a process where it genuinely helps.
We only recommend build work after we understand the business case, risk, effort and likely value.
The diagnosis comes first. The build comes second.
No.
Where practical, we build around tools and systems you own, with clear documentation and handover.
Some solutions may involve third-party subscriptions, AI usage fees (tokens), hosting, or occasional maintenance. Where that applies, we will make those costs clear before you commit, including what is required, what is optional, and what may change over time.
Some clients want ongoing support, optimisation or improvements. Others want a clean build they can run themselves. Both are fine.
We do not want to create dependency for the sake of it.
The first call is a practical conversation.
We ask about your business, where work gets stuck, what feels repetitive, what depends too much on you or key staff, and what software you already use.
You do not need to prepare a technical brief. You do not need to know what should be built.
By the end of the call, we will usually know whether we can help, what kind of diagnostic or next step makes sense, and whether there are obvious areas worth investigating.
If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
