Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 June 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and who we share it with. We have tried to write it plainly.
1. Who we are
Anathallo is a registered business name of Noknok Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 53 653 256 547), an Australian company. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Noknok Studios Pty Ltd trading as Anathallo. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to talk with you and arrange a call. When you book a call or get in touch, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your role or job title, if you give it;
- your organisation’s name, its size, and the kind of work it does;
- anything you choose to tell us in the “what would you like to discuss” box;
- the email addresses of anyone you invite to the call; and
- your time zone, so we can offer sensible times.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not need any financial details to book a call.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools also collect some technical information automatically — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time. See Cookies and analytics below.
If you choose to answer a short, optional follow-up after booking, we also collect what you tell us about how your organisation works — for example the tools you use and where you lose time. This is always optional.
3. How we collect it
We collect most information directly from you, through the booking form or when you email us. Some technical information is collected automatically when you use the site (see Cookies and analytics).
4. Why we use it
We use your information to:
- arrange and hold the call you have booked;
- reply to your enquiry and stay in touch about it;
- understand who we are talking to, so the conversation is useful;
- keep our own records and manage our relationship with you; and
- run and improve this website.
We will not use your information for an unrelated purpose without asking you first. And — as we say on the booking form — we never use what you share to train AI models.
5. People you invite
If you add someone else’s email address as a guest, please make sure they are happy for you to share it with us and to be invited to the call.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business and this website, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Cal.com — scheduling. Handles your booking and creates the meeting link.
- Google — we use Google Workspace for our email and documents (including a record of enquiries), Google Meet for the call itself, Google Fonts to display the site, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
- Vercel — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- ClickUp — where we manage enquiries and client work.
- Xero — our accounting system, used to invoice clients we go on to work with.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights.
7. Information sent overseas
Some of these providers store and process information outside Australia — mainly in the United States, and in New Zealand (Xero). We take reasonable steps to use providers that handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, but the laws in those countries are not the same as Australia’s. By using the site and booking a call, you acknowledge that your information may be handled overseas.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site — for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are (from their IP address). Google Analytics sets cookies, which are small files stored in your browser, to do this. We use this information in aggregate, to improve the site.
Loading the site also requests fonts from Google (Google Fonts), which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving them.
You can turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Turning cookies off will not stop you using the site.
9. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Access keys for our providers are held securely on our servers, not in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your information carefully.
10. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it — to follow up on your enquiry, and to keep proper business records. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Some records (for example in Cal.com or our accounting system) are kept for as long as those services and our legal obligations require.
11. Getting access, or fixing it
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email us at privacy@anathallo.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge to ask, though we may need to verify who you are first.
12. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your information, please tell us first at privacy@anathallo.io so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
13. Children
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top.
