Artificial intelligence has reached a tipping point, and we are at one of those rare moments where the way businesses work will fundamentally change.

Not because AI can summarise a meeting, streamline research, or draft a better email. Those things are merely bolt-ons to the old way of working.

The real shift is deeper.

AI is moving out of the chat window and into the core foundations of a business. It can gather context, use tools, work across systems, check outputs, support decisions, and carry tasks forward through multiple steps.

The question is no longer just “how can AI help someone work faster?”

The better question is “how should work be redesigned now that AI can participate in the flow of the business itself?”

This shift became most obvious in software development. The productivity gains were hard to ignore. But when you look under the hood, it’s clear that same productivity will become available across business activity.

A lot of today’s work is computer-based. Information-based. Process-based. It relies on context, handover, data, documents, systems, and repeated steps.

Small businesses are full of this kind of work — the work that drains people.

The quoting. The chasing. The reporting. The copying and pasting. The meeting that wasn’t needed. The admin that stops good ideas becoming reality. The information stuck in someone’s head. The process held together by memory, goodwill, and the owner stepping in when the system is not strong enough.

For a long time, that was just the cost of running a business. You accepted that some ideas would have to wait.

We do not believe that has to be true anymore.

AI can clear the grunt work that grinds people down and undervalues what they are capable of.

It’s not about replacing people. It’s not about removing the human element.

This has to be done safely, responsibly, and with judgement.

Done well, AI can give owners and their teams more agency to flourish.

For teams, that means more meaningful, rewarding, and enjoyable work. Work they can be proud of.

For owners, it means capacity. And capacity changes everything.

Most owners we meet are not short on ambition or ideas. They can see what needs to be fixed. They know where the business is slow. They know the customers they could serve better, the systems they should have built years ago, and the ideas that keep getting pushed into the background.

The problem is not vision.

The problem is that the day-to-day keeps taking the room needed to act on it.

That is why we built Anathallo — to help good businesses become more capable, less constrained, and better able to build the value they already see.

Our vision

A world where humanity has the agency to flourish.

Our mission

To give business owners more agency — to dream big, grow faster, and build the ideas they’ve never had time for.

Our values

What we hold to.

Humanity over profit

We take on work that helps people flourish, and turn down work that doesn’t.

Expertise over hype

We tell you where AI fits and where a simpler tool wins. No buzzwords doing the work.

Purpose over possibility

Just because AI can do something doesn’t mean it should. We build what serves the business, not what shows off the tech.

Care without compromise

We do the work properly, or not at all. No corners that come back to bite you.

Why Anathallo

Why owners trust us with this.

01

We’ve run businesses ourselves

We’ve run our own businesses, and spent fourteen years helping owners run theirs. We get the messy reality — people, deadlines, cashflow, tools that don’t quite talk to each other — not just the tech.

02

We build it, not just advise it

There’s real engineering depth on the team. We go well past prompt tips and tool setup — agents, integrations, custom software — and build it to a standard you can run a business on.

03

We’ll tell you when AI isn’t the answer

We won’t force AI where it doesn’t belong. Sometimes the right call is a better process, a simple template, or no build at all — and we’ll say so.

04

Built around your team

AI should lift your people, not replace them. We take the repetitive work off their plate and build things they’ll actually use — not a clever system that sits unused.

05

Your data stays yours

Privacy, access and human checks are designed in from the start, not bolted on after the demo. What’s yours stays yours, and it never trains anyone else’s AI.

06

Not tied to one platform

We’re not wedded to any one model, tool or vendor. We pick what’s right for your business — not what’s easiest for us to sell.

The team

Who you’ll work with.

You work with us directly — no account team in between.

Co-founder & Client Director

Nikki leads client implementation and experience at Anathallo.

A founder for more than fourteen years, she understands what it actually takes to run a business. She has spent years making decisions, managing people, keeping work moving, and getting things done when there are competing priorities, moving parts, and people relying on the outcome.

She is a creative at heart, with a strong eye for brand, design, and customer experience. But her strength is the combination of creative judgement and practical operation, making ideas clearer, work more organised, and projects easier for people to move through.

What we refuse

We won’t sell you AI for its own sake.

When the answer isn’t AI, we’ll tell you.

  • We won’t build AI to cut your team. The point is to free people, not replace them.
  • We won’t ship a quick system that’s dead in a year.
  • We won’t take on work we don’t believe in.
  • We won’t fake certainty. When the honest answer is “let’s test it,” that’s what you’ll get.
Work with us

Let’s talk about where AI belongs in your business.

A short conversation — no commitment beyond showing up. You’ll leave knowing the sensible next step.
